1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Fast Track Movers Inc. (“the Company”), including requesting a quote, booking a move, or receiving any service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Availability

All services are subject to availability. Bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received. Service dates may be adjusted by the Company in case of emergency, extreme weather, or vehicle/equipment failure, with as much notice as possible.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your move.

  • Full payment is due within 48 hours of move completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payment methods include e-transfer, cash, or approved business invoicing.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate move details and contact information

  • Ensuring clear access to loading/unloading areas

  • Securing parking (where required)

  • Having items packed and ready unless packing service is booked

  • Notifying us of specialty or fragile items in advance

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, chemicals, etc.)

  • Explosives or firearms

  • Live plants or animals

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods

The Company reserves the right to refuse service for any item deemed unsafe or unfit for transport.

6. Liability Limitations

As outlined in our Service Agreement:

  • The Company is not liable for damage to unboxed, unpacked, or poorly packed items.

  • Items made of particleboard, pressboard, or MDF are moved at the Client’s own risk.

  • Liability ends once items are delivered to a storage unit or non-residential location.

  • Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of service completion.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the scheduled move date with no penalty.

  • Short-notice reschedules may incur additional charges.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the move may result in full-charge billing.

8. Intellectual Property & Branding

All branding, logos, content, and materials provided by Fast Track Movers Inc. are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, redistributed, or misused without written consent.

9. Feedback & Reviews

We welcome honest feedback. If you encounter any issues, please contact us first so we can make it right. False or misleading public claims that harm our reputation may result in legal action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any disputes will be handled in Alberta courts.

11. Updates to Terms

Fast Track Movers Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately to all new services.

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
