Refund Policy
At Fast Track Movers Inc., we are committed to providing efficient, professional service and clear communication. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following refund policy applies to all services and deposits:
💳 Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is received, that time slot is secured and reserved exclusively for your move.
This includes cancellations made due to personal changes, schedule conflicts, or third-party issues.
🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to additional charges up to 50% of the estimated service cost.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
🔁 Service Disputes
If there is a legitimate issue with the service provided, clients are required to notify Fast Track Movers within 24 hours of the completed move.
Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly and, if appropriate, offer a partial credit or service adjustment at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued for delays, access issues, incorrect packing by the customer, or situations outside our control (e.g., weather, building restrictions).
📦 No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Completed services where no concerns were raised within the 24-hour window
Unused time or unused services when booked on a flat-rate basis
Storage services after items have been placed into storage
Situations involving false or defamatory claims (see Moving Policy for legal terms)
