1. Scope of Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Fast Track Movers Inc. (the “Company”) and the undersigned Client for professional moving and related logistical services (“Services”). By hiring Fast Track Movers Inc., the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.


2. Our Commitment to Service

Fast Track Movers Inc. commits to providing high-quality, efficient, and professional service. Every move is handled on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, we will take appropriate and reasonable actions to resolve the situation in good faith.

We carry commercial moving insurance with up to $3,000,000 in coverage, including general liability and cargo protection. Full policy details are available upon request.


3. Limitations of Liability

3.1 Unboxed or Improperly Packed Items

  • We are not liable for damage to items that are not securely packed in sealed boxes, excluding furniture or oversized items that reasonably can’t be boxed.

  • Loose or unpacked items are transported at the Client’s own risk.

3.2 Pressboard and Particleboard Furniture

  • Items made from pressboard, MDF, or particleboard are vulnerable to structural damage.

  • The Company is not responsible for damage to such items, even if handled with care.

3.3 Storage Liability

  • Once items are delivered to a storage facility, the Company’s liability ends.

  • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft after delivery to storage.

3.4 Prohibited Items

  • We do not transport hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, explosives, firearms, corrosive chemicals) or live plants.


4. Packing Materials and Client Preparation

The Client is responsible for providing boxes, totes, bubble wrap, tape, and ensuring all items are packed and secured before the move begins.

The Company may decline to move items that are unsafe, poorly packed, or at high risk of damage.


5. Deposits and Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. It will be applied to your final invoice.

  • Full payment is due within 48 hours after the move is completed.

  • For government-funded, corporate, or third-party moves with processing delays, please inform us in advance — accommodations may be made with supporting documentation.

  • In all other cases, prompt payment ensures continued service availability.


6. Claims and Disputes

If loss or damage occurs, claims must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the service date.
We assess claims fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

This Agreement is governed by the Province of Alberta. Legal disputes will be handled under Alberta jurisdiction.


7. Public Representation & Social Media

  • Clients are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns.

  • While we support honest reviews, false or exaggerated claims may result in legal action to protect our brand and reputation.

  • This clause supports fair and truthful communication.


8. Acknowledgment

By booking or using our services, the Client confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Agreement;

  • Accept all terms voluntarily;

  • Acknowledge our stated limitations of liability;

  • Agree to cooperate professionally throughout the moving process.
